Description: MD-DZH F600 is fused flux specially designed for electroslag welding. It is light yellow or red brown granule. It has three grain size ranges: 8-40 mesh, 16-40 mesh, 20-150 mesh. It is suitable for both DC/AC power. Fused flux MD-DZH F600 is featured with excellent welding performance, easy slag peeling and smooth weld bead. It could weld mild steel & low alloy steel with SAW wire EM12K, EH14. And in combination with small diameter wires, it is specially used for electroslag welding of box girder in bridge building.
